1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TradieFlow website and services operated by Liam Hart (“TradieFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TradieFlow is a UK-based website building service for tradesmen. Our registered contact email is hello@tradieflow.uk.

2. Our service

TradieFlow provides a professional website building and hosting service designed specifically for UK tradesmen. Our service includes:

• Custom website design and setup based on our theme system
• A self-service dashboard for managing your website content, photos, and business information
• Website hosting, SSL certificates, and ongoing technical maintenance
• SEO foundations, Google Maps integration, and contact/enquiry forms

3. Account registration

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Pricing and payment

Our current pricing is as follows:

• Starter plan:£99/month with no upfront activation fee. Includes full access to the platform, website builder, dashboard, themes, and all tools needed to create and manage your website.
• Growth plan:One-time activation fee of £499, then £79/month. Includes everything in Starter plus priority support.
• Pro plan:One-time activation fee of £999, then £49/month. Includes everything in Starter plus priority support.
• Done-For-You setup (optional):A one-off fee of £79 for customers who would like us to build and configure their website on their behalf. This is an optional add-on and is not required to use the platform.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. The activation fee is charged at the point of purchase. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis from the date of activation. The Done-For-You fee, if purchased, is charged as a separate one-off payment.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us at hello@tradieflow.uk. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period.
• After that period ends, your website will be taken offline.
• We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.

The one-time activation fee (Growth: £499, Pro: £999) is non-refundable once you have accessed the platform and begun building your website. The Starter plan has no activation fee. If you have not yet logged in or used any platform features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with UK consumer rights.

The Done-For-You fee of £79 is non-refundable once work on your website has begun. If we have not yet started work, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your website, including text, images, logos, and business information. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating your website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, is not unlawful, and is not misleading or fraudulent.

7. Our intellectual property

The TradieFlow platform, themes, dashboard, code, and design systems remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a licence to use our platform for your website - it does not transfer ownership of any TradieFlow technology.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform
• Resell or redistribute our service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep your website available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

Support is provided via email at hello@tradieflow.uk. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 business day.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
